Courtesy emails were sent early April notifying customers of a delay from the original estimated dispatch of mid - late April to an estimated date of mid May. This has further been delayed due to the lockdowns in China with extended covid restrictions. The shipment is sitting, waiting to be picked up as soon as the road blocks are removed and the trucks are allowed through. We are hoping this will be next week - we then need to allow for three weeks shipping. We will send another email (please check spam/junk) once we have a more specific update and time frame. Unfortunately this is completely out of our control, it’s very frustrating for us and our customers. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
